We had been contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for yet another woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to locate out where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband first left he was really sad and apologetic as he felt that right after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t feel he loved her any more. He said he needed time apart and did not wish to tell her where he was going. He took a significant amount of cash out of their joint bank account which he said he needed to set himself up in a brand new place to live.
While waiting for her husband to return their relationship began to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid less cash into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was very strange behaviour for him and fully out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may have another woman as a comparable factor had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could assist as we had helped her within the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and discovered the address he was living at and that there was yet another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name and also the woman he was living with. They had bought the property together just after he had left our client.
We were able to present our client with all of the evidence she required to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that soon after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had possibly been having an affair with this woman for many years. She is now ready to move on with her new life.
